OVERVIEW: The principals, having been in the industry of body corporate for some 10 years, have an intricate knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of the BCCM Act 1997, and what it represents. It is our aim to raise the standard of committee knowledge by inviting said committees to a Workshop environment to enable the representatives of the bodies corporate to retain a reasonable standard of knowledge and awareness, in order to protect the assets of the body corporate, more so to work as a team within the committee in order to represent the body corporate in developing an ongoing asset and retain a stable sinking fund in order to keep the selling aspect in good stead.
